Dispatched goods are sent mainly through TNT Australia, Hi Tran and Australia Post.

PO Boxes are only accepted by prior arrangement.

Item over 30kgs will be heavy item, has to be forklift loading and unloading, man lifting not allowed by freight company policy for safety reason.

Customers may receive their products faster if they leave a business address.

Whilst most deliveries will be 3~6 business days depending on your location, please allow for possible delays up to 12 business days which are out of our control.

Weekend or afterhours delivery is not available.
